Belknap is a woman from America. She was an actress and singer is born in Damariscotta Island, Maine. Parents are David Belknap and Louise Belknap. In a joint statement sent to PEOPLE, the former couple stated: We are able to confirm that we have decided to split and the choice was reached mutually and in a peaceful manner.
