Antonia Lofaso

Antonia's food provides a way to enter her mind. Curiosity grew in her after she moved from the Long Island suburbs to explore the rich cultural diversity of Los Angeles. Cavatelli, carnitas, and various other cuisines can be found within a menu. The menu is constantly evolving taste. But what remains is her distinctive idea of the future and looking back to the old. Motivated by her American-born Italian heritage, Lofaso established Scopa Italian Roots in 2013 which was immediately well received. Lofaso's interpretation of traditional Italian is hailed as one of the best places to enjoy Italian food in Los Angeles. Patrons say that they would recommend Scopa as an indispensable neighborhood staple where Lofaso consistently offers food that is delicious and unquestionably satisfying. Lofaso was an apprentice to culinary masters taking their tips and taking chances. She did not hesitate to do so to follow her intuition. She rose quickly through the ranks of Wolfgang Puck's Spago and was able to make a difference in the kitchens of famous chefs located in Los Angeles while working closely with a variety of famous celebrities. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in the year 2011. Lofaso's home was found within Black Market Liquor Bar and her business partnerships. Her creative independence will be facilitated through this collaboration. Black Market does not have a single direction, and this is its intention. A course might begin with dill potato chips and shishito peppers, followed by the lobster roll Korean wings and a variety of meatballs. Antonia is the anchor of this dazzling variety. Throughout her career Lofaso has judged her accomplishment through her ability to connect with her viewers while staying in line with her personal style. Her memorable performances on Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars celebrated her individuality outside the kitchen, and her skills remain in the spotlight of cameras as an expert judge on CNBC's Restaurant Startup and recurring roles on The Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child and ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso published The Busy Mom's Cookbook: 100 Quick and Delicious Recipes in 2012, together with Penguin. It also told the story of her challenges when she was a student in the French Culinary Institute. She also raised her daughter Xea also. Lofaso maintains that the inspiration behind all of Lofaso's accomplishments is her kitchen. It's through this vein that she stays on pulse. Chefletics the brand she has created has revolutionized the way chefs dress. It is a blend of style and practicality. Lofaso is determined to stay true to her vision and clients. The brand she has developed is Antonia Lofaso Catering to help achieve that.
