LeBron Raymone James Sr. (born December 30, 1984) was an American professional basketball player with the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). King James, he's widely regarded to be the greatest basketball player ever and is frequently compared to Michael Jordan during debates about the greatest basketball player of all time. James was awarded two Olympic gold medals as well as four NBA titles. James had more points than any other player during the playoffs. He has the second-most career points and has the seventh-highest number of career assists. Alongside being an NBA All-Star, James was picked for his NBA All-NBA Team on 18 occasions. Named the 2004 NBA Rookie of the Year, he soon established himself as one of the league's premier players winning an NBA MVP Award in 2010 and 2009. James was not able to secure a title with Cleveland and then left Cleveland in 2010 as"a "free agent" in the year 2010. This decision was made in the TV special The Decision.
